Start to STEM Kinesthetic STEM Kits
Start to STEM Kinesthetic STEM Kits will get neurons firing and blood pumping with active STEM activities.
Each activity is kinesthetic, challenging students to exercise their minds while exercising their bodies. These comprehensive kits provide a class size of up to 24 students with active STEM lessons spread out over the course of a week.
Using SolarStudy, students engage in a space race, learning about the scale of the solar system. With CardioCount, students learn about heart health by measuring their heart rates and pulse. Take coding unplugged with CodingCourse, an activity where students take on the role of coders and robots, navigating their own maze based on the programming instructions of their classmates. Explore teamwork and forces with Object Retrieval where students work together to move objects with anything but their hands. Finally, make math active with an addition and subtraction relay race, SpeedySums. Accommodates 24 students. Recommended for Elementary and up.
Standards: Aligns with NGSS, CCSS, CSTA.
