Snap Circuits STEM Class Set
Hands-on, standards-based projects encourage students to learn how electrical circuits work and how they impact our lives.
Circuits for kids let them discover various components, determine the function of each, and explore energy conversion while diving into 10 days of step-by-step curriculum. Students can also see how modifications can change the function of an existing circuit or create their own.
Included workbooks with clear instruction and eye-catching visuals guide students through circuit activities. A detailed parts list explains various components such as an electric switch, meter, resistors, LEDs, motors, and more. Included supplemental materials are ideal for both traditional and project-based assignments, allowing educators to tailor lessons to their teaching style. There is also a slide presentation, PDF, and link to a Google Docs presentation to enhance instruction.
Class Set is ideal for 18 students, with each activity kit accommodating up to 3 kids. Lessons align with NGSS standards, as well as Common Core Math and ELA standards. Set includes 6 activity kits with carrying cases, 6 student workbooks, spare parts, and a teacher curriculum guide. Additional sets of 6 workbooks sold separately. Recommended for Upper Elementary.
