Robotics Workshop Kit
Promote creativity and teamwork while students construct, code, and control 10 different robots!
Blending engineering and technology, this kit introduces students to the basic concepts of robotics. Students build simple designs like a robot that draws pictures on command or one that avoids obstacles using ultrasound. Once mastered, they move to more advanced functions like shooting a ball or picking up objects. Robots are constructed with interlocking pieces, along with a series of 4 sensors, 2 motors, a speaker, and a core controller. A visual, block-based coding format makes it easy to program machines. Control them in real time wirelessly or directly through USB. Requires 6 AA batteries (not included). Kit includes 306 pieces, a detailed 64-page manual with step-by-step instructions, and a free downloadable app on iOS or Android tablets and Windows PCs. Full content list and software requirements below. AA batteries required, not included. Recommended for Middle School and up.
