Students use protractors, mirrors, diagramming, and measurement to conduct a light reflection experiment. Discover rectilinear propagation of light, formation of images by plane mirrors, reflected image, virtual image, angle of incidence and angle of reflection. Students work in pairs to build a simple, functioning periscope. Ideal for any level physics course, including AP, or general science courses. Accommodates 12 students. Recommended for High School.
