MathemActive TallyToss Game

Toss some extra fun into the day's math unit with this fun math ball game! The teacher starts by calling out the type of math problem (addition, multiplication, etc.) and tosses both balls to students. The catchers use the number under their right thumb to solve the equation and shout out the answer. Younger students start simple with differentiating right from left or number recognition and progress to addition/subtraction. Older students solve multiplication/division or longer equations by incorporating extra ball tosses. This kinesthetic activity also promotes teamwork, physical activity, and communication skills.

The 18" dia beach balls feature large numbers printed on the heavy-duty vinyl panels: 1-6 on ball 1 and 7-12 on ball 2. Set includes 2 balls and lesson direction with multiple options for various ages and abilities. Recommended for Elementary and up.
