FoodFocus Set
Aspiring ecologists learn about animal diets and organize a food web during active game play!
Kinesthetic food web activities encourage students to move and use their critical thinking skills as they learn about the food chain. Get the whole class involved as they build a food web, pair an animal card with another featuring something they would eat, or sort them according to diet. Each laminated card features an image and the name of an animal, ensuring users of any age or reading level will understand the plant, creature, or natural resource being represented. During this food chain activity, students learn about the different types of animal diets—omnivore, carnivore, and herbivore—while also developing an early understanding of the ecosystem.
Set includes 37 cards (3-1/2"W x 5"H), 3 rolls of floor tape (1"W; 1 ea red, green, yellow), a storage container, and lesson direction. Recommended for Elementary and up.
