Young art detectives use history and chemistry to solve the mystery of original paintings and forgeries!

What determines if a painting is real or fake? This is the question students answer through a series of experiments. Students review works inspired by renowned artists including Monet, Van Gogh, and Pollock. Kit includes an instruction manual and supplies to test the authenticity of the paintings.
