3Doodler EDU Start+ Learning Sets
All the supplies needed to get more students involved with 3D printing in the classroom!
Outfit small groups of students with 3D printing supplies for less than the cost of a traditional 3D printer. Sets of 3Doodler pens allow more students to express their creativity while turning their drawings into three-dimensional creations. They can also learn about engineering basics as they prototype new inventions. Simply insert a 6”L eco-plastic filament strand into the pen, press the button, and start drawing! BPA-free, non-toxic plastic hardens rapidly and is easy to remove from most surfaces.
If students need some extra inspiration, they can place the transparent DoodlePad with gridlines over images and stencils for simple tracing. Take projects a step further with DoodleBlocks that act as molds and help students form 3D shapes. Just fill the mold, wait about 15 seconds for the plastic to harden, then bend the block to release the shape. Challenge Cards are easy to take on the go and provide students with quick activity options, while also serving as stencils. When lessons end, stash pen supplies in the included storage pouches.
The included teacher resource kit features supplies that help lead discussions and get projects started. Display the 3Doodler Poster in the makerspace area to guide students. There are also items such as prepared lesson plans, teacher checklist, cheat sheet, and an activity guide to inspire makers. There are also 2 unblocking tools, manual, and troubleshooting guide to ensure students can use the pens to the best of their abilities.
Each wireless, rechargeable pen lasts through a class period, providing up to 45 minutes of use with each charge. Available in Sets of 6 or 12.
