Science Inquiry Elementary Kit
Elementary students delve into four science experiments for kids, forming and testing hypotheses to solve mysteries with scientific reasoning. Working in groups of 4, gather clues to reveal the contents of mystery boxes, discover what makes raisins dance, explore the behavior of colored dye in milk, and investigate the properties of special ink. As students plan and conduct experiments, they improve their ability to predict outcomes, analyze evidence, and communicate theories to other group members. Allow at least 2 hours for observation and inquiry-based discovery. Kit includes instructor's manual, reproducible student worksheets, and experiment materials for 24 students working in groups of 4. Full contents list below. Small mystery items, whole milk, a clear carbonated drink, tape, and water required, not included. Recommended for Kindergarten and Elementary.
