Students arrange physical coding tiles. Then they just add a Mai-Z robot and BBC micro:bit to turn programming into a tangible, movement-based STEM activity.

Arrange, Record, and Play with No Screens Required

Students press the Record button on the cheese-themed Screen-Free Programming Board, guide Mai-Z over the arranged instruction blocks, and then press Play to execute the sequence. Mai-Z performs the commands exactly as recorded, reinforcing sequencing, logic, and cause-and-effect relationships. This unplugged format makes programming accessible for younger learners and limits device use in classrooms.
